Recorded in 2003, Kelis' track "Milkshake" was the fiercest track. New tracks by popular artist would drop and I'd get tons of emails to remix them for gay clubs following my Missy Elliott remix "Work It" remix. After getting too many emails to count to remix Kelis' new track, I did and it solidified me as the queer remix King. I coined it "sweetenin' it up" and continue to do so for popular tracks I love. Some never make it to a DJ or YouTube but are often dropped on playlist at parties or events I host.
